1. Platform role

OvraLink provides a marketplace that helps customers discover, evaluate, request, and communicate with service providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, OvraLink is not a direct employer of providers and is not itself the provider of listed services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their credentials, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Users are responsible for activity that occurs under their accounts.

3. Provider responsibilities

Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and the services they offer, including:

• Service descriptions, categories, availability, pricing, and portfolio materials.
• Possessing any licenses, permits, qualifications, or authorizations required by law.
• Delivering services safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable obligations.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate request details, engaging respectfully, complying with agreed payment or booking terms, and independently assessing whether a provider is suitable for the intended job.

5. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fraud, impersonation, harassment, abusive conduct, or unlawful activity.
• Posting misleading content, fake reviews, or inaccurate provider claims.
• Uploading harmful code, scraping the service without authorization, or interfering with platform operations.
• Using the service in a way that violates another person's rights.

6. Payments and future commercial features

If OvraLink enables subscriptions, commissions, in-app billing, escrow, or other paid features, additional terms may apply. Those commercial terms may be presented separately and will form part of the user agreement once accepted.

7. Reviews, moderation, and enforcement

OvraLink may monitor reports, moderate content, investigate abuse, and suspend or remove accounts, listings, messages, or materials that appear to violate these terms, platform policies, or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. OvraLink does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific marketplace outcomes, or the quality, legality, or safety of services offered by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OvraLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from interactions between users, service performance, unavailable systems, or unauthorized access.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, risk control, or repeated policy violations.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of OvraLink after updated terms become effective means the user accepts the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which OvraLink operates, unless a different law is required by mandatory local consumer protections.
